  This method will replace '&' with "&", '"' with """, '<' with "<" and '>' with ">".

  Return a string representation of a color

  Convert a number to a zero padded hex string

  Parameters:

  Returns:

  zero padded hex string

  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if number takes up more characters than size
